Website Design from Scratch
Challenge:
The old website lacked clear navigation and presented too many services without intuitive categorization. Citizens struggled to find forms, services, and information quickly. Accessibility standards were outdated and needed modernization.
Solution:
The Meta Future rebuilt the design ecosystem from scratch with a clear hierarchy, simple layouts, and multilingual support. We created distinct service sections, intuitive search features, and accessibility-compliant UI components. The design ensured a smoother, more transparent digital flow for every user.
Results:
The redesign improved task completion time by nearly 50% and significantly reduced navigation drop-offs. User tests showed higher satisfaction and clarity across service categories. The municipality now offers a modern, responsive portal aligned with global government UX standards.
